Fluoride the Poison Additive to America's Water Supply

Sodium fluoride is everywhere, it is almost inescapable. It is in our toothpaste, mouthwash and even in our water supply. Dentists are payed handsomely to tell everyone that it strengthens tooth enamel but what are the drawbacks to having nice teeth?

Sodium fluoride is commonly used as rat poison because its main function is to attack the central nervous system of the victim. Fluoride also inhibits the bodies endocrine system which regulates growth and hormone production.

Fluoride also calcifies a very important gland in the brain called the pineal gland. This gland is known in many religions as the "third eye" and its main function is to secrete melatonin which is used for creating sleep patterns. "The production of melatonin by the pineal gland is stimulated by darkness and inhibited by light."

Some shocking facts:

" The first occurrence of fluoridated drinking water on Earth was found in Germany’s Nazi prison camps. The Gestapo had little concern about fluoride’s supposed effect on children’s teeth; their alleged reason for mass-medicating water with sodium fluoride was to sterilize humans and force the people in their concentration camps into calm submission"

" USAF Major George R. Jordan testified before Un-American Activity committees of Congress in the 1950’s that in his post as U.S.-Soviet liaison officer, the Soviets openly admitted to “Using the fluoride in the water supplies in their concentration camps, to make the prisoners stupid, docile, and subservient.”

But there are ways around ingesting the poison additive, all you need to do is not drink tap water. Another way is to purchase a reverse osmosis system to purify your water. These systems can eliminate the majority of fluoride but can cost more than $100 per system.

Your Body is your Vehicle

People often forget that the human body is similar to that of an automotive vehicle. Humans need energy to function like a car would need gas to produce locomotion. Cars need the consistent upkeep of making sure all the parts are working because over time things like brake pads wither and oil needs to be changed. People are starting to realize that like cars, we need not clean out our operating systems.

Daily we consume junk food like sodas, candies, and coffee that linger inside of our gastrointestinal tract for a long period of time. These manufactured inorganic products or toxins are synthesized by humans and are a primary cause of feeling fatigued or having a lack of energy. Having a poor diet and not taking in essential vitamins cause our vehicles to decay and run on fumes.

Once a year it is a good idea clean our systems out by a process called detoxification. Introducing a change in diet can help rid your body of free radical cancer causing agents and other toxins that linger inside of you.

One can start this process off with quitting the intake of the tasty poisons cold turkey even though its hard it is vital for the detoxification process. Increasing vegetable intake like spinach, carrots, and green beans are a great substitute and introduce healthy vitamins and minerals like iron. Introducing your body to taking a few glasses of lemon water a day will help balance your bodies natural pH levels and will increase oxidation as well as energy. Consuming whole wheat bread instead of white bread will lower cholesterol and help for a healthier heart.
Simple changes like this will aid your body towards detox and will overall make you feel healthier, your body is your vehicle.

Hydroponic Garden

"Hydroponics - the process of growing plants in sand, gravel, or liquid, with added nutrients but without soil."

"The earliest published work on growing terrestrial plants without soil was the 1627 book Sylva Sylvarum by Francis Bacon, printed a year after his death"

Having a hydroponics garden is a great way to reduce the amount of money spent monthly on common house hold herbs. Using a few household items one can easily build their own garden to start growing the herb of their own desire. People use this method to save money and grow things such as lettuces, tomatoes, celery, spring onions and herbs.

Hydroponically grown foods are ideally better tasting and better for you because they are not exposed to any form of pesticide and it is harder for them to become exposed to air born disease.

Free Energy From the Sun?

Everyone has heard of the use of solar energy. We take in light daily and without it we could not possibly exist. Light is both a particle and a wave and travels in a spinning circular motion and it is the fastest thing known to man.

Learning from our green friends, plants show us that taking in light can be used as an energy source. Undergoing photosynthesis a plant can convert light into glucose otherwise known as the plants energy. We can do a similar process with assistance of solar panel appliances.

Through the use of a photo-voltaic cell we can transfer light energy into pure electrical energy from light striking a silicon semiconductor causes electrons to flow, creating electricity. Setting up these mechanisms are at first costly but tax refunds are also applicable because the government wants to increase the popularity of becoming environmentally friendly.

When thinking about adding a mechanism like this to one's home one must first consider the up-front cost and compare it to the exponential savings over time. Overall if your home is in a location where sunlight is prevalent solar energy maybe an ideal candid for powering your home.

Incorporating Some Free Energy

Everyone can use some free energy. In the typical home one of the main costs is the upkeep of electrical and chemical energy. We pay the heat and electrical companies a large some of our wages to have access to power. With some start up capital, one could possibly create their own power sources using the environmental factors around them. Whether you live by a river or are using the power of wind we can create and harness different forms of energy.

The use of hydro-power has been around for a long time now but it is only recent that people have been using micro-hydro power systems to fuel their homes. These micro-hydro power systems are expensive to initially set up but using the nearest river or creek and energy is readily available and overall cheaper in the long run. You even get payed for the excess energy you don't use and return to the grid.

Making Your Home More Green and Efficient!

It cant be helped that over-population is already running its course. Resources are depleting like sand running through an hour glass. Instead of consistently draining the planet of its precious materials, humans could be more innovative and create a bio- friendly home in which resources can be generated.

One of the main resources we take for granted are trees. We symbiotically live with trees providing them with carbon dioxide, while they provide us with oxygen. Daily it can be seen that trees are being destroyed in order for us to build houses, malls, and coffee shops. Acting as a purifier for our air and main source of oxygen, as the amount of trees decrease our air quality overall decreases as well.

In order to help combat the decrease in oxygen having a bio-friendly home can help. With the addition of any kind of desert plant life to your home oxygen levels will increase and CO2 will decrease due to CAM photosynthesis.

" In a plant using full CAM, the stomata in the leaves remain shut during the day to reduce evapotranspiration, but open at night to collect carbon dioxide (CO2). The CO2 is stored as the four-carbon acid malate, and then used during photosynthesis during the day. The pre-collected CO2 is concentrated around the enzyme RuBisCO, increasing photosynthetic efficiency."
