Free Energy From the Sun?

Everyone has heard of the use of solar energy. We take in light daily and without it we could not possibly exist. Light is both a particle and a wave and travels in a spinning circular motion and it is the fastest thing known to man.

Setting up these mechanisms are at first costly but tax refunds are also applicable because the government wants to increase the popularity of becoming environmentally friendly.
