Your Body is your Vehicle

People often forget that the human body is similar to that of an automotive vehicle. Humans need energy to function like a car would need gas to produce locomotion. Cars need the consistent upkeep of making sure all the parts are working because over time things like brake pads wither and oil needs to be changed. People are starting to realize that like cars, we need not clean out our operating systems.

Daily we consume junk food like sodas, candies, and coffee that linger inside of our gastrointestinal tract for a long period of time. These manufactured inorganic products or toxins are synthesized by humans and are a primary cause of feeling fatigued or having a lack of energy. Having a poor diet and not taking in essential vitamins cause our vehicles to decay and run on fumes.

Once a year it is a good idea clean our systems out by a process called detoxification. Introducing a change in diet can help rid your body of free radical cancer causing agents and other toxins that linger inside of you.

One can start this process off with quitting the intake of the tasty poisons cold turkey even though its hard it is vital for the detoxification process. Increasing vegetable intake like spinach, carrots, and green beans are a great substitute and introduce healthy vitamins and minerals like iron. Introducing your body to taking a few glasses of lemon water a day will help balance your bodies natural pH levels and will increase oxidation as well as energy. Consuming whole wheat bread instead of white bread will lower cholesterol and help for a healthier heart.
Simple changes like this will aid your body towards detox and will overall make you feel healthier, your body is your vehicle.
